Brescia presents itself as a lively town with one of the most beautiful town centres and still connected to the conformation of the Roman time.
A must to visit is the Roman Forum, the museum compound of Saint Giulia.
The old cathedral or Rotonda, for its round shape, erected in romanic style was subsequently retreated.
The new cathedral was built at the beginning of the 1700s on the area of an early Christian basilica.
Piazza della Loggia is the heart of the town centre. The loggia, today the town hall, goes back to the period of Venetian domination. On the opposite side of the square we have the elegant clock tower of 1540.
